But now it’s time for the next step: We need to create a high performing sales pipeline and brand presence to exceed our highly ambitious growth target. Not an easy task. That’s why we are searching for someone very special. Someone who loves to build strong client relationships, hunts down the best market opportunities and builds the sales pipelines we need to become what we are destined for: A global training revolution. In short: We are searching for a Key Account Manager that works what could seem like miracles. Could this be you?

What you will be doing

  • Establishing high levels of sales quality, managing sales forecasting, planning, and measurement processes
  • Ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting
  • Committing to ambitious sales goals and have a clear focus on closing deals
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to strengthen Innerspace brand presence, digital voice, and customer touch-points
  • Shaping and executing outbound sale activities and generating a sustainable pipeline
  • Building strong client relationships – getting out there and meeting clients, attending pitches, and going native to encourage better understanding and improved relationships

Job requirements

What we think you need

  • A strong individual contributor – hunting for business, developing a predictable sales pipeline and closing the sale
  • Experience with contract negotiations, contracts, standards, and processes
  • It is a plus if you have already experience in selling solutions to large companies
  • Experience in Digital Learning is a plus as well as strong computer skills and understanding of learning technologies
  • You love to go on business trips
  • Excellent German and English skills
